Presentation guidelines

Oral presentations

Speakers are asked to upload their presentations in the appropiate room 30 minutes before the session starts. Only Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) formats are accepted. The aspect ratio of the displays at the conference location is 16:9.

Time limits:

Plenary talks: 50 minutes (40 min presentation + 10 min discussion)
Invited talks: 25 minutes (20 min presentation + 5 min discussion)
Contributed talks: 15 minutes (12 min presentation + 3 min discussion)

Poster formatting
Posters presented at the conference may be up to A0 (841 x 1189 mm, 33.1 x 46.8 in.) in size. The poster boards will be set up to acommodate posters in Portrait orientation, please keep this in mind when designing your poster.

Poster presenters are expected to stay at the poster site during the poster session and all materials to be displayed should be prepared in advance by the presenter. On-site printing is not available.
